Psychiatric Evaluations & Medication Management
Our psychiatric evaluations offer a thorough, compassionate assessment of your mental health needs. During this visit, we review your symptoms, medical and family history, and prior treatment experiences to develop a clear understanding of your concerns.
When appropriate, we discuss medication options, how they work, and create a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, making thoughtful medication adjustments, and providing ongoing support—ensuring care that is evidence-based, individualized, and centered on your well-being.

Crisis Support Services
Crisis support services provide timely care for individuals experiencing acute emotional distress or a sudden worsening of mental health symptoms. These visits focus on safety assessment, symptom stabilization, and short-term planning to restore a sense of support and control.
We offer immediate guidance, coping strategies, and appropriate resources, with coordination of follow-up care when needed. While not an emergency service, this support is designed to address urgent mental health concerns in a timely, compassionate manner.

Supervised Medical Weight Loss
Our supervised medical weight loss program provides structured, evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs. We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your health, lifestyle, and weight-related goals. Personalized plans will include compounded GLP-1/GIP medications, along with nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, and regular follow-up visits to monitor progress and make adjustments. After the initial in-person visit, the program is offered virtually for convenience and focuses on safe, sustainable, long-term results through medical oversight and accountability.

Mental Health VA Disability Support Services
For veterans seeking disability benefits, we provide professional medical documentation to support your claim. This includes Nexus Letter and Disability Benefit Questionnaire (DBQ) Completion. Our goal is to offer veterans knowledgeable, respectful, and timely assistance throughout the documentation and submission process.
